Petitioner
has filed instant constitution petition for recovery of his wife, namely, Mst. Saima Mustafa, who has been
detained against her wishes by her brother/respondent No.1 Rana
Murtaza son of Ghulam
Mustafa and other family members. Learned A.A.G. submits that as per report she
has been detained in Faisalabad. Question of maintainability of instant
petition has been raised on the point of territorial jurisdiction. At this
juncture, counsel for petitioner does not press this constitution petition and
intends to approach learned Lahore High Court for redressal
of his grievance, in accordance with law. In view of such position, instant
constitution petition is dismissed as not pressed along with pending
applications.
