            Applicants/accused Muhammad Imran son of Muhammad Asghar and Muhammad Ramzan son of Taj Din seek protective bail in FIR No.63/2025, registered at P.S. Malir Cantt., Karachi for offence under Sections 324, 427, 34, PPC.

 

            Learned counsel for applicant submits that applicants/accused are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case due to mala intentions and ulterior motives; that applicants/accused are a law abiding citizen and intend to surrender before the trial Court concerned but apprehends his arrest as the concerned police is bent upon to arrest him in order to humiliate and disgrace them.

 

Without touching the merits of the case, protective bail is granted to applicants/accused Muhammad Imran son of Muhammad Asghar and Muhammad Ramzan son of Taj Din, for a period of three (3) days from today, subject to their furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) each and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court. Applicants/accused are directed to surrender before the trial Court concerned in the aforesaid period and join the trial forthwith. This order shall cease to have its effect after expiry of three days from today or whenever applicants surrender before the trial Court, which one occurs earlier. It is made clear, in case, applicants fail to surrender before the trial Court in the aforesaid period, their bail bond shall stands automatically forfeited.

 

            The instant criminal bail application is accordingly disposed of.
