            Applicant/accused Muhammad Junaid Khan son of Sarfaraz Khan Jadoon seeks protective bail in FIR No.07/2025, registered at P.S. ANF Clifton, Karachi for offence under Sections 6/9(1)(3)(c), 14, 15 of Control of Narcotic Substances (Amendment) Act, 2022.

 

            Learned counsel for applicant submits that applicant/accused is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to mala intentions and ulterior motives; that applicant/accused is a law abiding citizen and intends to surrender before the trial Court concerned but apprehends his arrest as ANF officials are bent upon to arrest him in order to humiliate and disgrace him as such he needs protection to enable to appear before the trial Court concerned.

 

Without touching the merits of the case, protective bail is granted to applicant/accused Muhammad Junaid Khan son of Sarfaraz Khan Jadoon, for a period of three (3) days from today, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court. Applicant/accused is directed to surrender before the trial Court concerned in the aforesaid period and join the trial forthwith. This order shall cease to have its effect after expiry of three days from today or whenever applicant surrenders before the trial Court, which one occurs earlier. It is made clear, in case, applicant fails to surrender before the trial Court in the aforesaid period, his bail bond shall stands automatically forfeited.

 

            The instant criminal bail application is accordingly disposed of.
