counsel for applicant after arguing the bail application at some length does
not press the same and seeks direction to the trial Court to record statement
of complainant, preferably within a period of two months. Learned Additional
Prosecutor General Sindh has recorded no objection for such proposal.
In
view of above, instant criminal bail application is dismissed as not pressed,
however, learned trial Court is directed to record the statement of
complainant, preferably within a period of two months.
