This
criminal bail application was filed on 04.11.2024 and the record reflects that
counsel for applicant remained absent on 08.11.2024, 09.12.2024 and 20.01.2025.
Today, the position is same. Continuous absence of counsel for applicant shows
that he has lost his interest to pursue the instant criminal bail application, therefore, the same is dismissed for
non-prosecution. However, trial Court is directed to conclude the trial,
preferably within a period of three months.
