counsel for applicant does not press the instant criminal bail application on
the ground that learned trial Court has acquitted the applicant by way of
compromise. In view of such position, instant criminal bail application has
become infructuous, it is accordingly dismissed. So far as the surety furnished
in the instant criminal bail application is concerned, the same is discharged
and the office is directed to return the surety to the applicant/surety, upon
proper verification and identification, as per rules.
