                        On 10.12.2009 we have directed the Additional Secretary Education to confirm the contents of the letters referred to in the order. The matter was adjourned to 22.12.2009 on which date it was again adjourned at the request of learned Additional A.G. No response has been received. The order was passed in presence of the Additional Secretary Education.

                        We in the given circumstances, allow this Petition in terms of the Judgment passed by Honourable Supreme Court, reported in 2004 SCMR 1077 and direct the Respondents to release the salaries of the Petitioner forthwith.
