However, learned counsel for the Respondent Nazeer Hussain has placed on the record a copy of order dated 02-11-2024, showing that the accused/Respondent No.1 has been acquitted u/s 265-K Cr.P.C by the learned Court of 01^st Additional Session Judge, Shahdadkot, therefore, application stands dismissed being infructuous.
