4.                     It is inter-alia contended by the learned counsel that applicants Muhammad Azam and Nasarullah both sons of Muhammad Baqar Brohi are innocent and have been falsely implicated by the complainant in Crime No.173/2023 of Police Station A-Section, Kandhkot under sections 489-F, 420, 406 P.P.C and that the applicants intend to surrender themselves before the concerned Court, but they apprehend their imminent arrest with ulterior motive at the hands of police.  He, therefore, prays that the applicants may be granted protective bail enabling them to surrender themselves before the concerned Court.

                        Be that as it may, without touching the merits of the case, the applicants are granted protective bail for a period of seven days, subject to their furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.25000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousands) each and P.R. Bonds in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Additional Registrar of this Court.  This order shall cease to have its effect upon the expiry of seven days from today i.e. 31.07.2023 or on earlier date when the applicants surrender themselves before the concerned trial Court, whichever is earlier.  Operation of NBWs, if any, against the applicants shall remain suspended for the period of effectiveness of this order.

                        Bail application stands disposed of.
