AMJAD ALI SAHITO, J.- None present for the applicant/complainant, no intimation is furnished. Through this Criminal Misc. Application, the applicant/complainant has impugned the order dated 30.03.2022, passed by the learned IV-Additional Sessions Judge, Larkana, whereby he has granted bail to accused Shahid alias Shahid Hussain Khuhawar on the ground that section 324 P.P.C is not applicable in this case and he has been falsely implicated in the case.

2.      I have also perused the order, which shows that no illegality or irregularity has been committed by the learned Trial Court, as such this Criminal Miscellaneous Application is dismissed. However, the learned trial Court is directed to expedite the matter and decide the same preferably within a period of sixty days.

                   Instant Criminal Miscellaneous Application is disposed of in the above terms.
