            The enquiry report has been submitted by the Mukhtiarkar and it appears that the parties are litigating in Civil Courts and that the petitioner is not in possession of the lands in question.

            The grievance of the petitioner is that police was instrumental in dispossessing him from the land. If this is so the petitioner may approach the Sessions Court under Section 3 of the Illegal Dispossession Act.

            This petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
