     Unconditionally apology has been tendered by the Counsel for the alleged contemnor namely Niaz Lashari. His son is also present and states that Niaz has under gone bypass and is also unwell. The petitioner present states that he does not want to initiate contempt proceedings against him. We have seen the role of the alleged contemnor. We accept the unconditionally apology with warning to be careful in future.

     This Contempt Application stands disposed of.
