compliance has not been made. It is now 11:45 a.m. None appeared on behalf of
the applicant though name of the counsel for the applicant transpires in the
cause list. It appears that applicant is no more interested in pursuing the
instant Civil Revision application more, the same dismissed on account of
non-prosecution.
