4.    It is, inter alia, contended by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant intends to surrender before the trial Court but police is after him, therefore, he is unable to approach it. Learned counsel further contended that the applicant may be granted protective bail in order to enable him to surrender before the trial Court.

      Without touching the merits of the case the applicant is admitted on protective bail for 10 (ten) days subject to his furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty Thousands) and P.R. Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Additional Registrar of this Court.

      The operation of this order will cease to have effect on 03.01.2010 or when the applicant is surrendered before the trial Court, whichever is earlier.

      Bail application disposed of.
