Mr. Allah Bachayo Soomro, Additional A.G. alongwith Muhammad Hassan Soomro E.D.O. Education Tando Muhammad Khan.

The Additional Advocate General Sindh has placed before us the letter of the E.D.O. (Education) addressed to the District Accounts Officer Tando Muhammad Khan in which the salaries of the Petitioners has been ordered to be released which is taken on record.

The Petitioners shall approach their schools and the Head Masters and whoever is the Incharge shall prepare the salary bills and said bills will be sent to the District Accounts Officer who shall release the salaries.

This exercise shall be completed within two weeks from today and the E.D.O. shall supervise it.

The show cause notices issued to the Petitioners by the Education Department is discharged. However, the Education Department may issue fresh notices to the Petitioners if law so warrants.

This petition in the above terms stands disposed of.
