            The adjournment application has been submitted by Riaz Masih, complainant in crime No.122/2009 on the ground that his counsel is busy at Karachi.

Since the Petitioner is sui juris, therefore her statement is very essential for just decision of the petition. She has categorically stated that she has married to Muhammad Ismail on her own accord and with her free will and she further stated that she wants to reside with her above named husband.

The I.O. is directed to record the statement of Mst. Ambreen Fatima and submit final report before the concerned Magistrate, who shall pass the appropriate order.

            This petition stands disposed of accordingly.
