            By consent the following order is passed.

            The application of the petitioner which is pending with the E.D.O. (Revenue) is transferred to Mr. Qassim Lashari Member Judicial-I who shall decide the “lis” between the parties within two months from the date of communication of this order.

            The petitioner and the private respondents shall also be heard. Copy of this petition may also be sent to Mr. Qassim Lashari Member Judicial-I who shall also decide the dispute between the parties in respect of survey numbers which are not being mentioned by the petitioner before the E.D.O.

            The petition in the above terms stands disposed of.
