Mr. Allah Bachayo Soomro, Addl. A.G. Sindh alongwith Mr. Saqib Soomro, D.C.O. Matiari, Qurban Ali Memon, E.D.O. (C.D.D) Matiari, and Makhdoon Toufique Ahmed Additional Director Labour Hyderabad Region Hyderabad.

            The petitioner shall submit joining report to E.D.O. (C.D.D) Matiari. The Additional Director Labour states that he has paid the salaries of the petitioner for the previous period under a different Head as there was order that he should join the District Government but the District Government did not allow joining.

            For the intervening period the Finance Department, Govt. of Sindh shall release the salaries which would be adjusted by the Additional Director Labour towards the relevant Head. It is further stated by the D.C.O. that he would adjust the amount of salaries of 22 days and the District Government will pay the future amount.

            The Additional Director Labour states that his services has already been transferred.

            The copy of this order be faxed to the Secretary Finance Government of Sindh and relevant authorities for compliance.

            The petition in the above terms stands disposed of.
