            Mst. Hajyaniu, her daughter Hakimzadi aged 5/6 years and master Hyder aged about 3 years have been produced by D.P.O. Hyderabad. Mst. Hajyani states that she has contracted marriage to one Ali Muhammad S/o Muhammad. She alongwith her children is happily residing with said Ali Muhammad. Statement of Mst. Hajyani is recorded, wherein she affirmed the above fact and further stated that neither she has been taken away nor kept in wrongful confinement and she is residing with Ali Muhammad who is her husband, on her own accord, free will and wish. She wants to go with brother of her husband namely Haji. She is sui juris and is at liberty to go wherever she want.

            In view of the above, this Cr. Misc. Application stands disposed of.
