            The Respondents No.2 to 4 present and ensure that they will release the salary for the period, on which the Petitioner was in service and will pay the same till 17-11-2008, when he stood retired from his service. They further undertake that they will release the pension and other benefits within the period of three months; salary and L.P.R within a span of 30 days.

            This petition stands disposed of in the above terms along with listed application.
