FIA ACC, Karachi for offences under Sections 409, 419, 420, 468, 471, 109, PPC
read with Section 5(2), PCA Act-II, 1947 has been acquitted by the trial Court.
Respondent No.1 has also filed statement to that extent.
In
the view of above, instant criminal revision application has become infructuous
and is accordingly dismissed.
