                        By consent, the case of Applicants is withdrawn from the Court of A.T.C, Shaheed Benazirabad culminating from Crime No.27/2009 of P.S Daulatpur and is assigned to the Court of A.T.C, Hyderabad. The A.T.C, Hyderabad shall proceed with the matter and dispose it of within one month from the date of it’s transfer and report compliance.

                        The Criminal Transfer Application stands disposed of in the above terms.
