                        By consent following order is passed:-

                        The D.P.O Umerkot shall reinvestigate the cases culminating from Crime Nos. 23, 34, 38, 47 and 48 of 2009 of P.S Nabisar, District Umerkot, registered by  the private parties against each other and shall submit either challan or a report U/s 173 Cr.P.C before the concerned Forum , which shall be accepted by the concerned Court.

            This Criminal Miscellaneous Application stands disposed of in the above terms along with listed application.
