      By consent the following order is passed:

      The Additional Secretary Local Government and Additional Secretary Finance present state that they will resolve the issue of the disbursement of the amount to the five bifurcated union councils of Sonwalhar. We have put them to notice that Sonwalhar gets the whole amount from the Finance Department and it is being disbursed/distributed in the aforesaid union councils. We direct them to disburse the amount in such manner that all the five union councils get their due share separately from the Finance Department. We further direct them that the revised difference of the salaries and or pension be paid by either approaching the Finance Department or by the Local Government and in future the amount to be disbursed shall include the amount of the enhanced salaries.

There are complaints by the persons present in Court that they are not being paid their salaries and or pension. The Additional Secretary Local Government present has volunteered to listen to the complaints and redress the grievance of these persons and if needed shall hold inquiry into the affairs of U.C. Sonwalhar.

      We expect that both the departments would ensure that the orders of this Court are complied with.

      This petition is disposed of in the above terms.
