            The grievance of the Petitioner is that a revised plan was submitted to the HDA and no order has been passed on it. The officers of the HDA are present and they say that such revised plan cannot be allowed as the construction is beyond the plot line. Let the party be heard and order in accordance with law shall be passed. The action shall be taken against the builder if the construction is not in accordance with law. The authority shall strictly comply with the order of this Court passed on 21.5.2009.
