            Learned Assistant Advocate General Sindh, has filed statement in writing on behalf of respondents 1 and 2 which are taken on record.

            We do not approve the suggestion of the Secretary Education Government of Sindh, incorporated in the comments. We direct him to issue the salaries to the petitioners as was agreed by him in the other matters.

However, the authenticity of the appointments of the petitioners or otherwise is not in dispute and the E.D.O. could not be assigned this job who have leveled serious allegations against a Law Officer of this Court on the last date. We, therefore, in the first place direct the disbursement of salaries of the petitioners and then the department may take action in accordance with law as laid down in the case of MUHAMMAD AKHTAR SHIRANI v. PUNJAB TEXT BOOK BOARD 2004 S.C.M.R. 1077.

            This petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
