The Bank Manager present states that an amount of Rs.1,34,356/- is outstanding against the legal heirs of late Nisar Ahmed s/o Allah Jurio Khaskheli, as amount calculated under widow package which is to be deposited before 31^st of December 2009.

Mst. Hajran and Mst. Shagufta are required to deposit Rs.14,048/- and Rs.48,957/- respectively. Rests of the amount shall be deposited by Haji Muhammad Sulleman onhis behalf and on behalf of others and on deposit of this amount the property shall be redeemed and the Mukhtiarkar shall prepare Foti Khata within one week and shall partition the land according to the shares enunciated under the Islamic Law to the Legal Heirs of the deceased. He will complete this exercise within fifteen days from the date of redemption of the land. In case of default on the part of the Mukhtiarkar, the E.D.O. (R) shall ensure compliance of this order which order is passed in his presence.

The property the agricultural land shall be handed over to Mst. Hajra and her daughter which is in possession of Haji Muhammad Sulleman after harvesting the standing crops of Rabi 2009, through the E.D.O. (Revenue) Mirpurkhas.

The E.D.O. shall ensure that no injustice is caused to either party.

After this exercise is completed the E.D.O. shall submit report to this Court.

Petition stands disposed of in the above terms.

Copy of this order be sent to the E.D.O. and to other relevant authorities over fax for compliance.
