Learned Advocate for the applicants while arguing the instant criminal miscellaneous application at some length states that he would not press the instant criminal miscellaneous application if directions are issued to the learned Special Judge-I Control of Narcotics Substance, Karachi to decide the Special Case No.Nil of 2014 within some reasonable time. Learned APG has recorded no objection for issuance of such direction to the trial Court.

In view of the above, the instant criminal miscellaneous application stands dismissed as not pressed. However, trial Court is directed to decide the aforesaid special case of accused Yaqoob Khan and Saeed Khan within three (03) months’ time under intimation to this Court.
