Prosecutor ANF does not press instant application for cancellation of bail on
the ground that case has proceeded before the trial
Court. However, she submits that directions may be issued to the trial Court
for expeditious disposal of the case.

view of above, application for cancellation of bail is dismissed as not pressed. However, Trial Court is directed to
decide the case expeditiously under intimation to this Court.
