submits that respondent No.1 is patient of HIV/AIDS/Cancer and was taking
treatment from Agha Khan Hospital but he is not in a position to afford the
expenditure of the said Hospital, therefore, he prays that he may be allowed
for medical treatment from Ziauddin Hospital.
Mr. Muhammad Ashraf Khan Mughal, learned Deputy Attorney General of Pakistan, present
in Court in some other case, waives notice and recorded his no objection to
this application. Therefore, this application is allowed. Jail authorities are
directed to shift Muhammad Asghar to Ziauddin Hospital for his medical checkup and treatment
under proper security. His custody may immediately be shifted to the jail after
his recovery and on the advice of the Doctor.
Applications stands disposed of
accordingly.
