            The respondent No.2 & 3 have filed their statements through Assistant Advocate General, which are taken on record, copy whereof has been supplied to the counsel for petitioner. Mr. Hussain Bux Solangi counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner has registered two cases against the private respondents. The Investigation Officer of said cases is directed to conduct fair and impartial investigation in the cases. The official respondents are directed not to take any action against the petitioner without due course of law and neither petitioner nor his family members shall be harassed by them.

In view of the above observation, the petition stands disposed of in above terms.
