Addl. P.G pointed out that challan
has been submitted before competent Court of law in FIR bearing Crime No.
1314/2023 for offences under Sections 147, 149, 509, 506, 354, 454, 337-F(vi)
PPC registered at P.S Shah Latif Town, Karachi, for which petitioner seeks
quashment. Since challan has been submitted, now petitioner has remedy to
approach the trial Court.
In the view of above legal position,
counsel for the petitioner does not press the petition more, it is accordingly
disposed of.
