Counsel by way of statement filed copies of FIR No.
20/2024 for offences under Sections 353/324/186/34 PPC and FIR No. 24/2024 for
offence under Sction 23(1)(a) of Sindh Arms Act 2013, both registered at P.S Madina
Colony, Kaemari, Karachi, which shows that missing person namely Usama Raza is
under arrest.
In the
view of above, counsel for the petitioner does not press the instant petition
anymore, it is accordingly disposed of.
