Counsel for the petitioner submits that husband of the
petitioner namely Syed Muhammad Mehdi was picked up by the law enforcement
agencies 11 months back, now he has been booked in FIR No. 08/2024 for offence
under Section 23(1)(a) of Sindh Arms Act 2013 registered at P.S CTD, Karachi.
Since the petitioner has been shown under arrest, the
purpose of filing of the petition has been achieved and it is accordingly
disposed of. However, missing person/accused would be at liberty to approach
the trial Court for seeking any relief permissible to him under the law.
