Karachi South in Crime No.209 of 2023 for offences under Sections 420/406/506
PPC registered at PS Darakshan, which shows that concerned Civil Judge/
Judicial Magistrate has agreed with the opinion of the I.O for disposal of case
under ‘c’ class.
In the view of above development,
counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition and it is accordingly
disposed of.
