Counsel for the petitioner through
this Constitution Petition seeks quashment of FIR No. 332/2023 for offences
under Sections 363/364-A PPC registered at PS Manghopir. I.O submitted report
in which it is mentioned that aforesaid FIR has been disposed of under ‘C’
Class. Copy of the order dated 12.02.2024 passed by concerned Judicial
Magistrate on a report under Section 173 Cr.P.C is placed on record.
In the view of above, counsel for
the petitioner does not press this petition anymore, it is accordingly disposed
of.
