in which it is mentioned that missing person namely Shah Hussain son of Sharam
Gul is under arrest in FIR No. 318/2024 for offence under Sections 353/324/34
PPC read with Section 7 of ATA 1997, FIR No. 319/2024 for offence under Section
23(1)(a) Sindh Arms Act and FIR No. 320/204 for
offence under Section 4/5 Explosive Substance Act registered at PS Sachal.
In the view of above, petition has
become infructuous and it is accordingly disposed of.
