On 12.03.2024, petitioner submitted
that his son Aftab Ahmed Brohi has returned home and he was in illegal
detention. Petitioner and his son Aftab Ahmed Brohi have filed affidavits.
Today Mr. Aamir Mansoob Qureshi advocate filed power on behalf of Shahid Taj
SHO PS Gulshan-e-Maymar. Aftab Ahmed Brohi who was missing in this case submits
that he was picked up by the police officials and he has named them. After
hearing petitioner and Mr. Aamir Mansoob Qureshi advocate, we direct Aftab
Ahmed Brohi to appear before SHO PS SITE Superhighway where his statement shall
be recorded in case from his statement a cognizable offence is made out, SHO
shall proceed further in the matter in accordance with law.
In the view of above, instant
petition is disposed of.
