2. This is an application for return of
surety. It appears that protective bail was granted to accused Muhammad Atique, Muhammad Hassan, Faiz
Muhammad alias Asif, Imran Dost Khan, Rizwan Ahmed
alias Dodo and Muhammad Hassan by this Court vide order dated 19.02.2024 in the
sum of Rs.50,000/- each and P.R bond in the like amount with direction to
surrender before the trial Court within 08 days. After grant of protective
bail, surety was furnished by applicant Mansoor Ali
son of Muhammad Bux Jatoi by
depositing cash. It appears that accused surrendered before learned I/C Judge, Anti-Terrorism
Court Naushero Feroze on 23.02.2024.
Additional Prosecutor General Sindh
recorded no objection for return of surety.
In
the view of above, application for return of surety is allowed. Nazir is directed to return the surety amount to the
surety, after proper verification and identification as per Rules.
