We have heard petitioner and perused
the report of the I.O. In the report I.O has mentioned that missing girl was
sold by her parents and she was married to one Muhkam
Ali son of Ali Khan. Under these circumstances, this is not the case of missing
person. Petition is accordingly disposed of. However, petitioner may adopt
legal course to meet her daughter before the proper forum.
