that missing girl namely Maryam Tabasum has
contracted marriage with one Umair at Lodhran and got recorded her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C before the concerned Magistrate.
In the view of above, petition has
achieved its purpose and it is accordingly disposed of. However, petitioner
would be at liberty to approach concerned Court for the purpose of meeting with
Mst. Maryam Tabasum.
