          Through this constitution petition, petitioner Mst. Farah Naz has prayed for the following reliefs:

(a)              To direct the respondents No.3 to produce the petitioner’s son namely Ali Muhammad son of Muhammad Shahid and petitioner’s son’s friend namely Akbar Ali son of Salah Muhammad above named before this Honourable Court.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   

(b)             To direct the respondent No.7 to produce the respondent No.6 before this Honourable Court and record the statement of Respondent No.6.

 

(c)              To direct the respondent No.1 to direct the respondent No.2 to hold departmental inquiry against the respondent No.4 and 5 take strict legal actions with accordance to law against the respondents No.4 and 5 for their illegal and unlawful act as mentioned in para supra.

 

(d)             To direct the respondent No.1 for the direction to respondent No.2 to provide legal and lawful protection to the petitioners from the hands of respondent No.4 and 5.

 

(e)              Any other relief(s) which this Honourable Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case, be also awarded to the plaintiff.

 

(f)               Cost of the petitioner.

 

Learned Advocate for the Petitioner could not satisfy the Court for quashment of the proceedings of F.I.R. bearing Crime No.73/2013 registered at police station Baffa, District Mansehra. Under article 199 of the Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973 this Court cannot pass the orders for quashment of the proceedings in F.I.R/case pending in another province, thus the petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to adopt the legal course available to him under the law if advised so.
