Through this Civil Revision
Application, applicant Asif Mehmood has called in question order dated
10.03.2023 passed by learned II-Additional District Judge, Karachi East in
Summary Suit No. 23 of 2018.
2. Notice was issued to the other side.
3. Mr. Ashfaq Rafiq Janjua advocate for
the applicant questions the impugned order to the extent of security amount of
Rs.38,13,500/-, and prayed for reduction of such
amount to some reasonable extent.
4. Mr. Imdad Khan advocate appearing on
behalf of respondent No.1 recorded no objection in case security amount is
reduced to some reasonable extent.
5. In the view of above, security amount
of Rs.38,13,500/- is reduced to Rs.20,00,000/- and P.R
bond in the like amount. Civil Revision Application is disposed of in the above
terms along with listed application.
