            The respondents No.1 to 5 have filed their comments, copy of which has been supplied to other side. The respondents are present. They categorically denied the allegations leveled against them. They further stated that neither they have entered in the house of the petitioner nor harassed them and nor they intend to do so. In view of the statement, the learned counsel for the petitioner is satisfied and prays that the petition be disposed of.

            In light of the above statements filed by the official respondents, the respondents shall not take any action against the petitioner, his family members or relatives except due course of law.

            The petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
