C.P D-1159 of 2011 : Abdul Jabbar Shaikh and others vs.
E.D.O (Education) Shikarpur and others.
For the Petitioners : Mr. Nisar Ahmed G. Abro, Advocate
For the Respondents : Mr. Abdul Hamid Bhurgri, Additional
Advocate General, Sindh.
Date of hearing : 23.04.2024
Date of Order : 23.04.2024
ORDER
Agha Faisal, J. The petitioners claim to have been appointed as junior school teachers in 2007, however, filed this petition in 2011 seeking release of salaries. At the very outset, the learned counsel was confronted with the issue of laches and he remained unable to satisfy the Court in such regard[1].
The respondents have filed a reply stating that that the documents relied upon by the petitioners are fake, forged and fabricated and that they were never employed in the first place. Be that as it may, it is imperative to denote that writ jurisdiction of this Court is not amenable for resolution of disputed questions of fact, requiring inquiry, evidence etc[2].
In view hereof, this petition is found to be misconceived, hence, dismissed.
