                        At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the case before the trial Court has been ended in acquittal of the accused by way of compromise, therefore, instant bail application has become infructuous, hence under instructions he does not wish to press it alongwith pending applications. 

            The proposal so advanced is not opposed by the Addl. P.G Injured Ayaz Ali is also present in person and affirms the above position.

                        Accordingly, instant bail application is dismissed as not pressed having become infructuous. The interim pre arrest bail granted to the applicant on 06.9.2023 is hereby recalled.  The surety furnished shall be deemed to be discharged.
