Muhammad Saleem Jessar, J-. Through captioned application, applicant Ishrat Parvez seeks transfer of Civil Appeal No. 14 of 2023 re; Ishrat Parvez v. Daim and others from the Court of learned IV-Additional District Judge, Dadu, to any other Court within same district.  

            Learned counsel for both the parties argued the matter at some length. However, both of them consented for sending the case to the Court of learned District Judge, Dadu.

            Accordingly, in view of above position and without commenting upon grounds urged by learned counsel for either parties, this transfer application stands allowed. Consequently, aforesaid civil appeal is withdrawn from the file of IV-Additional District Judge, Dadu and made over to learned District Judge, Dadu, for disposal in accordance with law.
