                         We have heard the SHO, who states that FIRs ere lodged before his posting at P.S. The SIO could not reply our questions. There is a dispute between respondent No.1 Mst. Nazia @ Saba Shah with her Ex-husband and she used to file criminal cases against him and his friends. The SIO could not; satisfy this court as to how threats were extended on regular intervals and no harm was caused to the lady. In the given circumstances, we direct, even if FIRs were registered, the petitioners or any of their relative should not be arrested without material connecting them with the alleged offence and no harassment would be caused to the petitioners at the instance of lady.

This petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
