ORDER

Muhammad Saleem Jessar, J-.       Applicant Altaf Ali son of Allah Ditto Gadehi has sought for his admission to pre-arrest bail in Crime No. 28 of 2023, registered at P.S Gerello (District Larkana), for offences punishable under Sections 452, 337-F (i), 337-F (v), 504 P.P.C.

            2.         At very outset, learned counsel for the applicant contends that the parties have settled their dispute outside the Court and that complainant has appeared before this Court and extends no objection to confirmation of interim pre-arrest bail to the applicant. 

            3.         Complainant Moula Bux having CNIC, bearing No.43206-7339504-3, has put his appearance; he affirms the fact of patch-up by him with the accused and extends no objection to confirmation of pre-arrest bail in favor of the applicant. Learned Addl. P.G. in view of no objection by complainant concedes to grant of application.

            4.         Accordingly, in view of foregoing, instant bail application stands allowed.  Consequently, interim pre arrest bail already granted to applicant vide Order dated 29.12.2023, is hereby confirmed on same terms and conditions.
