ORDER

Muhammad Saleem Jessar, J-. Through captioned application, applicants  Abdul Hameed and others (accused) seek transfer of Sessions case No.262 of 2022; re; State v. Abdul Sattar and others, emanating from F.I.R No. 61 of 2022 registered with P.S Buxapur, from the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge Kashmore to any other Court within same district, on certain grounds.

            Learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.2 (complainant) as well as learned Addl. P.G., extend no objection to transfer of the case.

            The comments were called, which have been furnished by learned trial Judge extending no objection for transfer of the case to any other Court.

            Accordingly, in view of above position and without commenting upon grounds urged by learned counsel for the applicants, this transfer application stands allowed. Consequently, aforesaid sessions case is withdrawn from the file of Additional Sessions Judge, Kashmore and made over to learned Sessions Judge, Kashmore @ Kandhkot with directions to proceed with the case either himself or to entrust it to some other Additional Sessions Judge for disposal in accordance with law.
